Brought on board to unlock this former retail warehousing site following a previously dismissed planning appeal, planning permission was secured for 40 apartments and townhouses and ground floor commercial use.
A key to the success of these proposals was working positively with the Council from an early pre-application stage to ensure that any issues were worked out prior to submission for a favourable result. This also included several public consultation events with local stakeholders and residents to reassure them on their concerns. This scheme has now been completed.
