Causeway Planning was established as a private town planning consultancy practice by Philip Dunphy in 2022.

Philip graduated with a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin in 2005, going on to work for many years as a planning consultant at John Spain Associates in Dublin.  He then progressed to the role of planning director at Rolfe Judd, one of the UK’s most reputable architectural and planning practices.

Philip has also lectured in planning practice at Dublin Institute of Technology and the University for the Creative Arts, Canterbury.

As a company, Causeway Planning is therefore able to utilise previous extensive and wide-ranging planning consultancy experience. This previous experience includes the management and delivery of several major and complex redevelopment projects, some of which are briefly profiled below.

Causeway Planning can provide high quality and commercially minded planning advice and services for projects of all shapes and sizes and across a broad spectrum of development sectors, including residential, commercial, sports and civic projects.
