A major regeneration project spanning two city centre streets, this scheme involves the excavation of a deeper basement, substantial demolition and the erection of 6-8 storey linked buildings to accommodate flexible commercial/retail use at the lower levels and office floorspace (Class B1) on upper floors.

Planning approval was achieved under delegated powers from the City of Westminster and is now under construction.
