A constrained vacant site within the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area was unlocked with planning permission for a 32 storey mixed-use building, comprising a new 25 metre swimming pool & gymnasium and 553 units for student residential accommodation.
This scheme is now completed and provides a striking backdrop to the adjoining Vauxhall Park.
