Over a 10 year period, planning permission has been secured on several different and challenging sites across the Isle of Dogs (including Skylines Village, 7 Limeharbour, Millharbour Village and 54 Marsh Wall) for over 2,500 private and affordable homes and over 20,000 sq. m of commercial, retail and community floorspace.

These schemes, which include buildings ranging from 3 to 49 storeys in height, have also included important new local infrastructure including a new 2-form entry primary school, a new theatre, two new public parks and other substantial public spaces.
