Detailed pre-application discussions were undertaken with Westminster City Council regarding the partial demolition and reconstruction of this existing high profile building forming the western end of Leicester Square.
Planning permission was secured for a new nine storey building with double basement behind partially retained facades for 16,300 sq. m of new floorspace including retail uses at basement, ground and first floor level and office use on the upper levels.
Planning assistance was then provided with the discharge of planning conditions and approval of scheme amendments during the delivery of the project, which has now been completed.
