Part of the wider regeneration of Hammersmith Town Centre, planning permission was secured on appeal (following significant local objection) for this high density scheme to replace the existing redundant office buildings with 55 private residential units and two ground floor commercial units.
The now completed scheme successfully uses three separate building forms to introduce new active frontages along three different streets.
