Following the submission of a comprehensive application, including the co-ordination and preparation of a detailed Environmental Impact Assessment, a Section 25 Certificate was secured from the Dublin Docklands Development Authority for the Montevetro office building.
The scheme delivers nearly 20,000 sq. m of high quality office space over 15 floors on a restricted inner city site adjacent to Grand Canal Dock Dart station. The planning compliance issues were subsequently discharged to facilitate delivery and completion of the scheme, which is now a central part of Googles’ European campus.
